There is a small 3/8 crack on the top of the brass band. The Magneto is dirty and needs cleaning and checked out. 1 pile cap is damaged but still can be used.

This webster Teri polar oscillator has 2 Magnets and is marked on the band type k26.

It has not been checked for spark.
