It turns over freely and both valves move. It came from a local estate offer. A neat looking old engine that needs new home.

It has one fin that some damage. Overall a good looking engine in my opinion. I'm not expert on many things and cannot describe every detail, so look closely at pictures.

I did get a little tingle from spark plug wire when turning over by hand. I sell mostly used or vintage items.
