It needs a porcelain and points cover to be complete. It is in good used condition with no cracks, breaks, or repairs that I can see know of except for some cosmetic wear. It has no noticeable bearing wear and turns as it should but is quite dry when turning. It is clockwise rotation.

This is a pretty hard to find and solid original Simms SU4S 4-cylinder magneto for an old car, truck, tractor, motorcycle or other four cylinder engine.
