I don't see any cracks, breaks, or welds. Great for a beginner or an experienced collector that wants to add a nice 92 engine to his her collection.

This engine would make a good present for any engine collector.

I obtained this engine with intent of getting it running and using it for show, but life's card dealing is making it obvious that I am not going to be able to do that. It looks complete except for the kill switch spring and pull wire. Feel free to ask questions. This engine is a prime piece of American history.

I cannot imagine it taking too much to get this engine running like a top. This is an excellent barn find model 92 Maytag engine with the short, deep fuel tank. It turns over freely and has good compression.

I will try my best to get back to you with answers to them. It is a nice engine for being near 79 years old.
