It has good magnetism and puts out a nice blue spark on both readouts. It mounts on a 2 inch square bolt pattern and the mounting threads are in great shape. Let the pictures be your guide.

These original Dixie 462-C magnetos are almost impossible to find in the wild or even at swap meets so if you've been looking for one an authentic restoration heres a really nice. It turns over nicely with very little bearing wear.

Everything seems to work as it should. This is a very hard to find original Dixie 462-C 2-cylinder base mount magneto. It is in great shape with no cracks, breaks, or repairs that I can see know of.

It was used on the eagle tractors and portable engines probably had other 2-cylinder applications. It is clockwise rotation and the impulse works as should.
