The washer looking piece that looks to be part of the casting is something I haven quite seen before, not sure if its a flaw or what but I m purpose was. The ignite mount bolt hole spacing is 2 3/8 apart on centers. Part number 303K19 Magneto bolt hole pattern is 2 x on centers. It looks to be coasted into the bracket.

See pictures for the absolute best. This item is old, used, and sold as. Armature moves freely and the spring seems to have good tension, points will need cleaned dressed up a bit before installing. With some work this item should be totally functional.
