The starting lug is in great shape and spinner handle moves as it should. It is part number ZCA728A and in excellent original condition with no cracks, breaks, or repairs of any kind except for a new bolt through the pawl lazy spring which could be changed if you so choose.

It is ready to go work starting an engine. It fits on a inch crankshaft and will work to start many engines but came from the factory with 6hp z.
