The spark plug is in poor condition and of no value, but the braided cable looks to be in usable condition.
Not sure what exact applications this was for, but I noticed it is almost a military green what remains of the original color. The mag turns freely and looks good inside, but I do not know if it actually works or not. I would consider this a good rebuild able magneto but likely not working as it is.
