The mag rotates and it appears to go clockwise rotation facing drive side of. The bolt holes appear to be good just have light corrosion at start of base but it should not affect function them. I've seen one on a case model l.
Up for your consideration is an American Bosch 4 cylinder magneto number MUB4A-104 used on antique tractors such as a case, or Oliver. I have not tested it so i'm selling for an as is core.
