I purchased this engine in hopes of using it on a motorized bicycle and have since found whizzed. Up for offer is a used Clinton engine model E350joy which has been cosmetically cleaned and restored. There is no oil in the crankcase.
It is sold as parts the throttle stuck and I have not attempted to start. It turns over and appears to have good compression.
