This is an extremely nice original Bendix Scintilla four-cylinder or maybe 2-cylinder base mount magneto for old car, truck, tractor, or power unit. Its in excellent condition with no cracks, breaks, or repairs that I can see know of other than a slight chip on the cap which still functions way it should. It has excellent magnetic pull and puts out a hot, BLUE, spark on both readouts.

Everything inside the points housing looks to be in nice shape and advance/retard moves as it should. It is counter clockwise rotation and turns nicely with no noticeable bearing wear. This magneto should be ready to go work for you or put on your shelf a spare. It has a 4-cylinder cap on it but appears 2 holes were blocked off at the factory.
