Details:

This motor really needs to be restored and or adjusted. 5 volts but not too fast at that voltage . I tested the motor by hooking up to a Mauriac and bridge rectifier and found it ran well around 4.

Overall I would rate it to be in good condition with the only missing piece I can see being one of the terminal thumb nuts.

I do have to give an easy spin to the pulley to make it run and it and ran pretty well in spite of the adjustable brushes not being adjusted and the motor having sat for I don't know how many decades with its open cast iron construction. This is a really cool antique knapp type ss bipolar dc toy motor from c.

I know how fragile cast iron items are so please expect this to be packed for survival. There are two wires coming from the coils near the top of the motor, inside, that are not connected and that may be why the motor did not start on its own.
