No cracks, breaks, or repairs that I can see know of. It needs some cleaning but cleans pretty easily. Mounts with two holes inches apart on center.

The pictures tell story. It even has the original box label and gasket with. From a local estate where it sat on shelf in the garage for decades. They seem to be very adaptable many applications like Chrysler, dodge, deist, gray, and others.
