This is an original cylinder head for a Sparta Economy hit and miss gas engine. The valves are stuck and rocker arm has a very old repair. The head itself appears to be in good shape with no cracks, breaks, or repairs.
It is part number A142. At least that's what it looks like. The pictures tell story. Most are inches apart on center.
I can be reached at if you'd like to talk about it. It mounts with 5 holes on an irregular bolt pattern. With a little TLC this could be very usable piece and it would certainly easier than making one.
