The hand grip does have the part number but not IHC emblem visible in it. It has a repair on the collar catch as can be seen in pictures. The hole is 1.5 diameter, the handle grab does rotate as it should.
Its in original patina. I also cannot control if the USPS chooses not to pickup items even when have flag up on my mail box and a scheduled. I do NOT allow offers on my listings. The Ihc emblem and the part number of handle is still visible.
