It will not stay running And seems like would need a carb cleaning as result. When I did have smoke or leave me feeling was in any way damaged. The recoil is a little sticky as well it shown, I am not to interested in small flat head stuff but figure someone would like this sweet motor. I got this engine in a high school class room clean out.
