It has only been serviced And started to see functionality. This engine has not been tested under load or for extended periods of time. There is some surface rust And dirt, oil, grime but not excessive.

The spark plug wire appears to be non-original because shutoff lever no longer will function of boot. To turn off the engine in its current state, choke lever must be pulled. The inside of gas tank seems fairly clean but is not spotless.
