I'm not much of a mechanic, but I will describe what see on this vintage motor us. I bought this motor at an estate offer of a fellow who collected, and guess rebuilt old engines as hobby. If any work was ever done to this engine, I really don't know, but from looking at it, would guess none of the parts were removed and cleaned or repainted, so say, nothing it far. Gasoline, but the word engine is missing.

The side of that tab also has all numbers and reads: model type no. Then on the side of that cover it has another tab is completely readable in my pictures, and all engine oiling air cleaner instructions. Below the tab it has raised letters b The air cleaner cover reads: clean and refill regularly - see instructions unscrew to remove.

It has a tab on top that reads: 4 cycle Briggs Stratton - Milwaukee, Wis. Everything is loose, all turns freely, I looked it over, and see no repairs or breaks anywhere, even the motor has clean oil in it, so nothing froze up from sitting idle. Most of the original blue paint is still on motor serial no. It sure looks complete to me, everything is hooked up, little springs etc.
