They aren't making them. Nice patina. Feel free to ask questions. No pitting, only a few very minor dents on the top.

The top of the tank is 15 in diameter, the bottom is 13. You are buying on a very nice original gas tank, for a 6 and or 8hp associated engine. The tank is in excellent shape, only thing wrong with it, is that it's missing the filler cap, i'm sure you can find a new one from multiple suppliers. 5 in diameter and the tank is tall.

This is not a small tank. I really think it would look correct on a 6, 8 and even a 12hp engine. This tank is ready to mount behind your associated engine, and run your gas line. The inside of the tank looks great, no built up varnished gas, or rust.

These pictures do not do the tank justice. No reserve so bid to win. These real large embossed tanks don't come up for sale often, and usually not this nice. I think it's correct for both 6 and 8hp, but nobody is going to tell you it's wrong if you put in behind a 12hp.
