There are no cracks, breaks, or repairs that I can see know of other than a small area weld where the fuel line goes into it. There is very little wear on the choke shaft but some throttle. It mounts with two holes inches apart on center.

It has the original id tag on as can be seen. This looks like it worked for a long time and could easily be ground down bit blended if you so choose.
